Join us for Partner Palooza, the first-ever team event hosted by Monroe County CrossFit at East Ave Barbell. Partner Palooza promises to push your limits, test your endurance, and strengthen the bonds of teamwork like never before. Get ready for an epic showdown as you and your partner tackle three challenging events designed to challenge both body and mind.

Event 3: Yoking Gauntlet

Woman go first. She will pick up and carry Yoke #1 down 25' and back 25',
pick up Sand bag carry down 25' and back 25' then load it over the yoke,
pick up Yoke #2 carry it down 25' and back 25',
pick up Keg and carry it down 25' and back 25', then load it over the yoke
After Woman athlete loads implement #2 the team will get 1 minute break fort loaders to adjust the weight then Man athlete will proceed using the men's weights.
