We’re starting up our semi-annual powerlifting class in preparation for the 2020 Rochester Rumble!

Come on out and learn everything you never thought you needed to know about the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift!

Class packages will be 6 and 12 weeks; packages will include full online programming in addition to the in-person training!
